Why did I create this guide?

One of the most common (and troublesome) issues faced by the lovely people I work with is disrupted sleep.

Instead of giving the same advice and guidance over and over, I realised it would be helpful to put it all in simple, easy to follow guide, and make it freely available.

This guide is for you if you have trouble sleeping, whether that’s getting off to sleep, waking up in the night and not being able to get back off, or waking early in the morning.

If you follow the advice, changing just one little thing at a time, then in time, you will see an improvement in your sleep. 

In the Guide there are lots of practical tips to use and incorporate into your daily life.  Some are really easy, others will take a bit of getting used to.  The point is to create a way of doing things that works for you and your lifestyle.
